Cancellation

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours.
If you request a cancellation within the 24-hour window and before the order has been shipped, we will cancel the order for you.

Refunds

For the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that remain unopened and are still in their original packaging. Any items that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal cannot be refunded. If you wish to return an unwanted item, it must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re happy to offer a exchange. Please make sure to report any such issues to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please keep in mind that our lashes are handcrafted with care, so there may be slight variations between each one. These minor differences are part of the unique nature of handmade products and should not be considered faults.

Before sending back, please email our team at contact@wosheer.com to receive return instructions. Kindly note that return processing may take up to 14 working days once the parcel has reached our headquarters.

After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

*If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we suggest double-checking your bank account first. Then, reach out to your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

If you’d like to exchange an item, please get in touch with our support team at contact@wosheer.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If your request qualifies for an exchange, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return postage is not covered by Wosheer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
